September is a really beautiful time of the year for a beach wedding and reception in eastern North Carolina.  Ocean Isle Beach’s serene south facing shore and quiet surroundings provides a great setting for a beach house wedding.

We used a variety of lighting techniques on this job.  These included string lighting, par can uplights on trees and on the decks, oriental lanterns strung above the pool, and LED globes in the pool.

The under-house Edison lighting with purple accent uplights on the white walls really worked great with the orange table linens and chair bows for the buffet and dining area.

The deck lighting was a staggered pattern of orange and purple and the paper lanterns created a classy look and feel reminiscent of a resort.

To finish the setting we lit the trees surrounding the decking area in a warm white light.
